Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, cut into cubes

  • 2 cucumbers, finely diced

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander

  • 1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ cup Cheese, grated (optional)

  • 1 red capsicum, sliced into strips

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Wraps/Tortillas made from Winnie’s Pure Health Atta Mark 1

Directions

  • In a bowl add the cubed chicken breast, diced cucumber, chopped coriander and mix
  • In a small bowl, add mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Mix the creamy dressing with the chicken and cucumber
  • Layer lettuce leaves and capsicum on the wrap, spoon the delicious creamy chicken mixture on top and top with grated cheese if using
  • Gently roll the wrap and enjoy
