Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
2 cooked chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 cucumbers, finely diced
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup Cheese, grated (optional)
1 red capsicum, sliced into strips
Lettuce leaves
Wraps/Tortillas made from Winnie’s Pure Health Atta Mark 1
Directions
- In a bowl add the cubed chicken breast, diced cucumber, chopped coriander and mix
- In a small bowl, add mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Mix the creamy dressing with the chicken and cucumber
- Layer lettuce leaves and capsicum on the wrap, spoon the delicious creamy chicken mixture on top and top with grated cheese if using
- Gently roll the wrap and enjoy
