Ingredients

  • 4 raw maize with outer cover removed

  • 1 tablespoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt

  • 4 cups water

Directions

  • Place the maize in a cooking pot and add 4 cups of water, salt and cover
  • Boil on high heat and for 40 minutes. Using a sharp knife poke the maize to see if tender or soft
  • When ready serve with our Mixed Herbal Tea
