BEETROOT YOGURT POPSICLE

Ingredients
2 cups natural yogurt
2 tablespoons of Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
2 medium beetroots
Directions
- Peel the skin and cut the beetroots into chunks
- Add 1 cup of water to the cooking pot, and boil the beetroots for 10 minutes
- Let the beetroots cool, put them in the blender, and blend to a smooth paste
- Add the honey, vanilla essence and yogurt to a blender then blend
- Take your popsicle molds and add the puree, fill till 3/4th of the mold
- Then insert ice cream sticks if you are using them or close with the lid
- Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Then carefully place the bottom part in running tap water, then slowly remove the popsicles
- Serve the popsicle immediately
