Ingredients
1 cup boiled Winnie’s Pure Health Yellow Beans
1 red pepper, cubed
1 white onion, chopped
1 yellow pepper, cubed
½ cup of coriander, chopped
1 cup chopped lettuce
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup olive oil
¼ teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a bowl add all ingredients except the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper
- In a separate bowl whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and mix evenly
