  • 1 and 1/2 cups Winnie’s Pure Health Atta Mark 1

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 banana mashed

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

  • 3 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs

  • 1/2 cup ground oatmeal flour

  • 1/2 cup Orange juice/water


  • Mix all ingredients together and add enough orange juice to make pancake consistency
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil on a pan, once hot, pour in 1/2 cup batter
  • Cook one side until golden brown then flip to the other side
  • Serve and garnish as desired
