Baby Pancakes

Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups Winnie’s Pure Health Atta Mark 1
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
1 banana mashed
1 tablespoon melted butter
3 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs
1/2 cup ground oatmeal flour
1/2 cup Orange juice/water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and add enough orange juice to make pancake consistency
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil on a pan, once hot, pour in 1/2 cup batter
- Cook one side until golden brown then flip to the other side
- Serve and garnish as desired
