Ingredients
1 and ¼ cups Winnie’s Pure Health Atta Mark 1 flour
½ cup toasted sesame seeds
½ teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt
5 tablespoons olive oil
5 tablespoons water
Directions
- Preheat to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a bowl, mix flour, sesame seeds, salt, and olive oil. Add water gradually and mix with your hands until a soft dough forms
- Lightly dust your work surface and roll out the dough thinly. Cut into desired shapes or use a cookie cutter
- Place the crackers on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on a wire rack before serving
