Apple Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
10 apples
Directions
- In a cooking pot combine the water, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir until well combined
- Peal, core and cut the apples into chunks, add them to the pot
- Turn on the heat to medium. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, until apples are soft and remove from the heat
- Let it cool then blend to a smooth paste. Now the apple sauce is ready to use
- You can use it as a dip or in making other dishes
