Amaranth Pancakes


  • 3 tablespoons ghee

  • 2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs

  • 1 and 1/4 cups milk

  • ½ cup Winnie’s Pure Health Amaranth flour

  • 1 cup Winnie’s Pure Health Atta Mark flour

  • 3/4 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey


  • In a bowl, add the eggs, milk,1 tablespoon ghee and honey
  • Add the dry ingredients to a separate bowl and whisk to combine. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry and mix just until you have a smooth thick pour-able batter
  • Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat; pour approximately 1/2 cup amounts into pan, leaving room to turn
  • Cook until bubbles appear and edges dry. Reduce heat if they start to burn
  • Turn to cook the other side
  • Serve with a sauce of your choice or drizzle some honey
