Amaranth Pancakes
Ingredients
3 tablespoons ghee
2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs
1 and 1/4 cups milk
½ cup Winnie’s Pure Health Amaranth flour
1 cup Winnie’s Pure Health Atta Mark flour
3/4 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
Directions
- In a bowl, add the eggs, milk,1 tablespoon ghee and honey
- Add the dry ingredients to a separate bowl and whisk to combine. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry and mix just until you have a smooth thick pour-able batter
- Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat; pour approximately 1/2 cup amounts into pan, leaving room to turn
- Cook until bubbles appear and edges dry. Reduce heat if they start to burn
- Turn to cook the other side
- Serve with a sauce of your choice or drizzle some honey
