Ingredients
1 tomato, cubed
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons cilantro (dhania), chopped
1/4 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Afya Mchuzi
1 tablespoon oil
1 cooked wholegrain chapati
Directions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add tomato, onion, cilantro, sea salt, and Afya Mchuzi. Mix thoroughly with a fork until well combined. Set aside
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and let it cook for about 2 minutes on one side. Flip carefully and cook the other side until fully set
- Place the cooked omelette on a wholegrain chapati. Roll tightly to form a wrap
