  • In a large skillet or frying pan, combine oats, peanuts, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, olive oil, sea salt, and honey. Stir until all ingredients are well coated
  • Place the skillet over medium heat. Toast the mixture, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and aromatic (about 10–12 minutes). Be careful not to burn the nuts
  • Remove from heat and stir in raisins and shredded coconut. Let the granola cool completely; it will become crunchier as it cools
  • Transfer to an airtight container. Enjoy as a topping for yogurt, smoothie bowls, or milk, or eat it by the handful as a healthy snack
