Stove-Made Granola
Start your day with a healthy, homemade granola packed with oats, nuts, seeds, and natural sweetness from Winnie’s Pure Health Honey. This stove-made granola is easy to prepare, naturally crunchy, and perfect for breakfast, snacking, or topping yogurt and smoothie bowls.
With a touch of cinnamon and shredded coconut, this granola is aromatic, wholesome, and completely customizable. No baking required, just a skillet and a few minutes.
Ingredients
2 cups oats
2 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup peanuts
2 tablespoons raisins
1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Sea Salt
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Directions
- In a large skillet or frying pan, combine oats, peanuts, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, olive oil, sea salt, and honey. Stir until all ingredients are well coated
- Place the skillet over medium heat. Toast the mixture, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and aromatic (about 10–12 minutes). Be careful not to burn the nuts
- Remove from heat and stir in raisins and shredded coconut. Let the granola cool completely; it will become crunchier as it cools
- Transfer to an airtight container. Enjoy as a topping for yogurt, smoothie bowls, or milk, or eat it by the handful as a healthy snack

For extra crunch, lightly toast the shredded coconut separately before mixing.
