  • Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Grease 2 baking sheets and set aside
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, cloves, and salt
  • In another bowl, whisk together butter, honey, and eggs until smooth
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients. Mix with a spatula or knead with your hands until a uniform dough forms
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Use a cookie cutter to cut into round shapes and arrange them on the prepared baking sheets
  • Bake one sheet at a time for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve with tea, coffee, or milk
