Ingredients
2 cooked chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 cucumbers, finely diced
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup Cheese, grated (optional)
1 red capsicum, sliced into strips
Lettuce leaves

Directions
- In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken, diced cucumber, and chopped coriander. Mix well
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with salt and black pepper
- Add the dressing to the chicken mixture and mix until well coated
- Lay a tortilla flat, add lettuce leaves and sliced capsicum
- Spoon the creamy chicken mixture onto the wrap and sprinkle grated cheese if using
- Gently roll the wrap, slice if desired, and serve immediately
