Vegetable Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and sliced

  • 1 medium yellow pepper, seeded and sliced

  • Lettuce leaves

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • ½ avocado, peeled and diced

  • Juice from 1 lime

  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

  • 4 Winnie’s Pure Health Atta Mark whole-wheat tortillas

  • 2 diced tomatoes

  • ½ avocado dices

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1/8 teaspoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Salt

Directions

  • In a pan, sauté the peppers and onion in oil for 5 minutes over medium heat, then set aside
  • In a small bowl, combine the avocado, lime juice, tomatoes, salt and cilantro. Warm tortillas in a pan
  • Layer a lettuce leaf on top of a warmed tortilla and fill with the peppers and avocado mixture
  • Fold ends of the tortilla over and serve
