Ingredients
3 potatoes
1 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal Sea Salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Directions
- Slice potatoes into long thin slices
- Place the slices in a large bowl and cover with vinegar. Let them soak for 30 minutes
- Preheat your oven to 170°C and lightly grease a baking sheet
- Drain the potatoes and pat them dry. Toss with salt and black pepper
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until crispy and golden
