Wimbi Afya Porridge
Ingredients
4 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Wimbi Afya flour
3/4 cold water for the paste
11/2 cups water for boiling
1 tablespoon Winnie’s Pure Health Honey
Strawberries, Bananas or any other fruits
Directions
- Add 4 tablespoons of flour to a bowl/ cup and add ¾ cup of cold water
- Mix thoroughly to make a smooth paste with no lumps
- Heat 1 and 1/2 cups of water to boil and add the paste
- Let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat; stir continuously
- Add honey to taste while serving
- Garnish with Strawberries and bananas or fruits of your choice
