Wimbi Afya Porridge


  • 4 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Wimbi Afya flour

  • 3/4 cold water for the paste

  • 11/2 cups water for boiling

  • 1 tablespoon Winnie’s Pure Health Honey

  • Strawberries, Bananas or any other fruits


  • Add 4 tablespoons of flour to a bowl/ cup and add ¾ cup of cold water
  • Mix thoroughly to make a smooth paste with no lumps
  • Heat 1 and 1/2 cups of water to boil and add the paste
  • Let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat; stir continuously
  • Add honey to taste while serving
  • Garnish with Strawberries and bananas or fruits of your choice
