4 tablespoons Winnie’s Pure Health Toto Afya
2 1/4 cups water
Directions
- Add the flour to 3/4 cups water and mix until there are no lumps
- Heat 1 and 1/2 cups water in your pan. Once boiled, lower the heat and add in the flour mixture
- Cook for 10 minutes while continually serving
- Cool and serve
