Pumpkin Soup with Cream


  • 1 grated medium onion

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 500 grams pre-cooked pumpkin

  • 4 cups chicken broth/ any bone soup

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream

  • 2 teaspoons Winnie’s Pure Health Afya Mchuzi

  • 3/4 teaspoons Winnie’s Pure Health Herbal salt


  • Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring for 3 minutes or until soft
  • Stir in the pumpkin, chicken broth, coconut cream, Afya Mchuzi, and Herbal Sea Salt and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer the soup for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let this slightly cool before blending
  • Put the ingredients in a blender and blend
  • Serve and enjoy
