1 cup cold water
3/4 cups Winnie’s Pure Health Wimbi Afya
1 teaspoon cooking oil
Directions
- Boil 1 cup of water
- Slowly add in the flour in the water while stirring the mixture
- Stir constantly to a firm patty to avoid any lumps
- Let it simmer under low heat for about 10 minutes until the Ugali is very stiff and pulls away from the sides of the cooking pot
