  • 1 cup cold water

  • 3/4 cups Winnie’s Pure Health Wimbi Afya

  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil


  • Boil 1 cup of water
  • Slowly add in the flour in the water while stirring the mixture
  • Stir constantly to a firm patty to avoid any lumps
  • Let it simmer under low heat for about 10 minutes until the Ugali is very stiff and pulls away from the sides of the cooking pot
