Whole Wheat Banana Bread
Ingredients
4 bananas blended
½ cup milk
2 Winnie’s Pure Health Organic Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ cup ghee
1 and 1/2 cups Winnie’s Pure Health Chapati Afya
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon heaped cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and oil a baking loaf pan
- In a bowl mix the dry ingredients and set aside
- In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients slowly until perfectly blended and pour into a loaf tin
- Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until when a toothpick is inserted comes out clean
